HOST collects the information you enter in this form to administer applications for the Bo Youth AgriTech Hackathon with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and the ITC READY Salone Project.

How the information is used

Your contact details help the organisers contact you. Your background, experience and project answers help authorised organisers and assessors review applications and plan activities. Submitting a form does not guarantee selection.

Optional information

Email, gender, device access and accessibility support are optional. Accessibility support is collected to help plan participation and is kept out of the general application review and CSV export. Do not include medical records, financial account details or identity document numbers.

Who can see it

Application records are available to authorised staff operating this application service. Information needed for administration and assessment may be shared with authorised Ministry and ITC project staff. The form does not publish applications or use third party advertising trackers.

Applicants aged 15 to 17

Please obtain permission from a parent or guardian before applying. The organisers may follow up about permission and participation arrangements.

Requests about your information

Contact the organisers through the official contact provided with the published call, quoting your application reference, to ask about access, correction or deletion. Please do not send personal information to unofficial contacts.

During local testing, enter test information only. Test submissions are labelled as test records. Before public launch, HOST must add the confirmed organiser contact and agree the retention period and participation arrangements with the Ministry and ITC.
